Photography - Sky (collection 2)

This collection was based on the silhouettes of buildings and industrial outlines.

Photography - Sky (collection 1)

This brief is based on photography. We had the freedom to make a collection of photographs of anything. My photographs were based on the Sky.

This collection is based purely on the sky.

Corporate Design - Poster

Posters are made for further advertisement on billboards and other numerous public places to acknowledge the public with our company.

My posters are a series of three. They link to each other forming a quote once made by Pope John XXII: "Consult not your fears but your hopes and your dreams. Think not about your frustrations, but about your unfulfilled potential. Concern yourself not with what you had tried and failed in, but with what is possible for you to do."

Each poster linking to troubles and difficulties that can happen while building a cathedral/church. Implying as a company one has our full attention and desire to overcome any obstacles.

Corporate Design - Strapline

A natural process after a logo design is creating a strapline. Which is exactly what was done here.

Corporate Design - Application (T-shirts)

Uniform.

Corporate Design - Application (Vehicle)

Company Van.

Corporate Design - Logo Design (logo board)

A logo board showing the typeface, pantone colours and the final logo design.

Corporate Design - Logo Design (+colour)

My final decision however, ended up with a bold blue. It is the colour that shows confidence in a logo and I felt it succeeded further than the earthy colours below even though it may have contradicted the logo.

My first few attempts of colour consisted of earthy colours symbolising the general concrete colour of built churches and cathedrals.

Corporate Design - Logo Design

In the beginning of this brief we were given two words that were hand picked at random. The aim was to create a hypothetical company name and logo design by linking the two words together.
My two words were 'colossal' and 'church'.
